I'm excited to share this new webinar about Jin Shin Jyutsu and self-care. 

Like many therapists, I continually explore new ways to help myself and my clients to live happier, healthier lives. Jin Shin Jyutsu is one of the ways.


Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient healing art that uses touch on specific areas of the body to harmonize our life energy, thereby enhancing our body's natural ability to heal body, mind, and spirit. 
 
As therapists, we excel at taking care of other people, but we’re not always good at taking the time to care for ourselves. We are confronted, almost daily, with news about how stress impacts our health. Yet, there never seems to be enough time to fit everything in, especially the time for self-care. 
 
What if we could learn ways to take care of ourselves that were immediate, and as simple as holding a finger? It was hard for me to believe that holding my thumb could help soothe my stomach after a holiday meal until I actually experienced it for myself, but it truly worked.
